After years of host Eric Adjepong tormenting Alex Guarnaschelli on “Alex vs America,” the tables have turned as Alex takes over Wildcard Kitchen. It’s Eric’s turn in the hot seat when Alex invites two champion chefs who have beaten Eric in the past, Sara Bradley and Kelsey Barnard Clark. Eric will put up $5,000 of his own money to cook head-to-head against his old rivals, but can he defend his house and claim a potential pot of $15,000?
